I love being on the ground level with people, helping them dig into the deeper parts of their story, fostering more meaningful connections both with people and with Jesus. It's a beautiful piece of my role in this nonprofit, leading teams, sharing stories, encouraging involvement, and working closely with our local partners in Africa. And of course, wrapping my arms around those we come alongside is at the top.

I've discovered that when we step outside of our comfort zones, embracing a little discomfort, the beauty of vulnerability emerges, creating a glorious space for authentic relationships to build, for people to grow, and for hope to rise. It's a gift, and I am profoundly grateful.
