The Hope Project
The Hope Project
Where urgent needs meet lasting hope.
Why This Matters
In Kenya and Tanzania, hope can feel out of reach for families facing hunger seasons, medical gaps, unsafe water, and the grief of being forgotten. Some walk barefoot with jiggers in their feet. Some carry empty buckets and heavy hearts. Others drop out of school - not because they want to, but because there's no way to pay the fees.
That’s where The Hope Project steps in - with local leaders serving their communities and meeting critical needs that preserve dignity and bring lasting change.
What We’re Doing
→ Food That Nourishes
From Christmas bundles to emergency flood relief, we've provided food for over 6,000 people in 2024 alone. Each bundle feeds a family of 4–5 for a full week. We also provide daily meals to school children and monthly food support for elderly and widowed families who might otherwise go without.
→ Medical Care That Reaches
We hold mobile clinics and operate a permanent one in Kibera Slum—serving children, families, and teachers alike. In 2024, we also treated hundreds through our jigger campaigns, offering removal, education, and shoes to restore dignity and mobility.
→ Education That Continues
Over 600 students across Kenya and Tanzania receive support through school fees, teacher salaries, tutoring, daily meals, medical care, and supplies. Our Kibera school stands as a hub of healing - where education, nutrition, and love meet every child who walks through the gate.
→ Water That Restores
In dry, rural communities, we install clean water stations - bringing life where only contaminated sources existed before. It's more than a tap. It's a turning point.
→ Support That Sees
Over 2,000 widows received food bundles in 2024, and many receive ongoing monthly care. We walk with them - not as a project, but as people who matter. We also serve elderly communities in Maasailand, Arusha, Pokot, Western Kenya, and Kibera through food, prayer, and presence.
